Return & Exchange
Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for complete details regarding returns and exchanges.
- Return or exchange requests must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- A continuous and unedited unboxing video is mandatory for all eligible return or exchange requests.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with their original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Customer-initiated exchanges, including size exchanges, require the customer to bear the return shipping charges.
- Every returned product undergoes a Quality Inspection before an exchange is approved.
- Luxyloom reserves the right to reject any request that does not meet our Return & Exchange Policy.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled by contacting us at help@luxyloom.in before dispatch.
- Orders cancelled before packing can be cancelled without any cancellation charges.
- If a prepaid order is cancelled after packing but before dispatch, a 5% cancellation fee will be deducted to cover payment gateway, packaging, and operational costs.
- The remaining amount will be reversed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- Luxyloom reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, payment verification issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. If payment has already been received, the full amount will be reversed to the original payment method.
Shipping
- Orders are shipped through trusted third-party courier partners across India.
- Estimated delivery timelines may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Product Information
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible.
However:
- Product colours may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, or individual screen settings.
- Minor variations in stitching, weaving, texture, or finishing are natural characteristics of textile products and are not considered manufacturing defects.
